INTRODUCTION TO LEAN IN AMBULATORY CLINICS
Presented in Partnership with:
The Lean Clinics Boot Camp provides a comprehensive overview of practical Lean concepts tailored specifically for ambulatory care in an interactive session that goes far beyond PowerPoint slides.
Participants experience a playful yet effective session that simulates a Lean transformation, drawing from FlowOne’s firsthand experiences and applications in diverse healthcare settings.
By the end of the session, participants will learn how to break down a workflow or a process; engage with frontlines, colleagues, and leaders using the language of seven wastes; and jointly analyze and solve operational challenges. The end result is a process that improves the patient experience, engages the staff, and increases efficiencies.
Implementing lean tools in clinics brings numerous benefits for the frontline staff, such as a sense of purpose, recognition for their ideas, enhanced job satisfaction, and a feeling of appreciation and support.
